Great location in the heart of Horta. The staff was very helpful especially Hernani who called SATA at the airport to change our flight when we couldn’t get through to the website. The breakfast buffet had many choices. The beds were large. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and Pico.

This hotel is wonderful! Probably one of the best hotel-stays we've had while traveling around the Azores. The room is super spacious, beds are excellent, the balcony is a big plus. Bathroom is great, shower pressure is good, provided products are of high quality. The breakfast is very varied and fresh, and everyone at the hotel is super helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for 3 nights, the staff was very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Jessica and Hernani, who reserved one day before arrival a tour of the island for me...and let me have a free late check-out! When I return to Horta, I'll stay here for sure again! Best regards!

Amazing hotel close enough to the port yet quiet and comfortable. I was able to check in a little earlier as a room was available. Both the breakfast and dinner are good value for money and varied. Open also to non guests, with a buffet available if enough people are staying at the hotel. The room and common areas were very clean. Parking is available close to the property however it can get busy during the week.

Very clean and comfy room. There was a bathtub in the bathroom. Balcony was overlooking the sea. The breakfast was nice. Overall, it is an older hotel,but they try to keep it in good shape.

Location and views of Pico are amazing. Parking was very easy and available close to the property. Breakfast was lovely

The hotel has a good location (slightly above on a slope), very spacious rooms, diverse breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The view is fabulous!! also the workers were very agreeable and accommodating. Our room was spacious. Loved the breakfast

Hotel staff where great and friendly. Rooms where clean and a fantastic view of Pico. Balconies great feature. Beds where comfortable and good WIFI. Was too cold to use pool but looked very inviting to spend an afternoon getting some sun.
